1. All the application attached documents need a Japanese translated sentence.
2. Fill the documents with a ball-point pen or a fountain pen (with the color of black or blue) in the block style by all means.
3. Each proof documents are limited to be made in 3 months.
4. Each documents and the translated sentence type it by all means, and submit it.
5. Each translated sentence, all the copying documents use A4 paper.
6. When there is deficiency in documents, do not accept it at all.

Submitting an application required document in must arrive by a final day of an application time limit (with mail, registered mail).
