Student dormitory introduction
The first Haijima dormitory
The location : 4-3-4, M-A Matsubaracho, Akishima-city, Tokyo
It is the second floor building.From Haijima Station it will be five minutes on foot.
A use form : A girl dormitory (total 10 2/room).
Seating capacity : 18 people.
Facilities for common use : About 20 tatamis dining, kitchen, a double decker, a refrigerator, television, a gas stove, a washroom, a unit bus, a restroom, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, an air-conditioner (air-conditioning), a shoe cupboard, a closet, a balcony, perfection.
Facilities for individuals : A desk, a chair.

The third Haijima dormitory
The location : 4-11-15, Matsubaracho, Akishima-city, Tokyo
It is a four-floor apartments, a use form from Haijima Station for one minute on foot.
A use form : A boy dormitory (total 10).
Seating capacity : 40 people.
Facilities for common use : Facilities for common use? About 6 tatamis dining kitchen, a double decker, a refrigerator, television, a gas stove, a washroom, a unit bus, a restroom, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, an air-conditioner (air-conditioning), a shoe cupboard, a closet, a balcony, perfection.
Facilities for individuals : A desk, a chair.

A rate rule

first time delivery amount of money (six months unit)

Room type dormitory charge (a monthly basis), Entering a dormitory cost Custody guaranty money entering a dormitory the payment is for Six months at the first time
Every 2 rooms / becomes payment of a unit for payment 22,000-28,000 yen 30,000 yen 30,000 yen 192,000-228,000 yen
seven months later, the paymene should be three months.
As for every 2 room / for each person 22,000-28,000 yen     66,000-84,000 yen


♦ A room has many normal types mainly on 2DK.a set is for two rooms, one room can be share by 1 or 2 people
♦ 5,000 yen make a payment for an extra with a futon set rate of each person use at the time of entering a dormitory.
♦ Custody guaranty money gives money back to quit it attracting 5,000 yen as expendable supplies for half a year after expenses for lighting and fuel adjustment.
♦ The expenses for lighting and fuel are own expense burdens. ?For reference, it is about 5,000 yen monthly bases?
♦ Even if there are the circumstances that how is entering a dormitory afterward, I do not give money back.
♦ At the time of an entrance to school procedure, I make an entering a dormitory written oath and an entering a dormitory notice.
